Hi,
I have a query regarding export to PPT. I want to confirm whether it can be fulfilled through aspose slide.
Problem:
1. Can we export data from excel to ppt.
2. I have excel which is not a Microsoft excel. I am creating excel by setting content type html (in jsp)and storing the file with .xls extension.
3. I have excel with merge column so it should come in the same format.
4. I have excel with suppose 500 rows and after export to ppt it should split into multiple slide.
5. Can we edit data from row or column of ppt after export.
6. If above requirement can be fulfilled then, Only one licence Aspose Slide is sufficient to purchase or Aspose excel is also required.
Please let us know as soon as possible.

Hi,
Thank you for considering Aspose.

Well, Aspose.Cells for Java does not support to open the HTML format excel files yet, so exporting data through Aspose.Cells to PPT will not be accomplished. You may try to add your excel file as Ole Object using Aspose.Slides. You may also contact Aspose.Slides team regarding your queries as well. Following is the link to Aspose.Slides forum;

Thank You & Best Regards,
@Krishnakant,
Using newer versions of Aspose.Cells, you may directly convert an Excel file to PPTX with highest fidelity and precision. You may primarily use the Workbook.Save method with the appropriate SaveFormat enumeration for the task. See the (.NET) document for your reference: C# EXCEL to POWERPOINT - EXCEL to POWERPOINT Converter | products.aspose.com
Moreover, to convert an Excel workbook to PPTX format using Aspose.Cells for Java, you can use the Workbook.save method and specify the output format as SaveFormat.PPTX. A detailed guide with example code is available in the official documentation: Convert Excel to PowerPoint using Java.
We recommend you to download the latest version of Aspose.Cells here:
