Is it possible to export MS visio file into png and SVG, and if so can you point me to a code sample….

Please download latest version of Aspose.Diagram for .NET from Download .NET DLL to Process Visio Formats | Aspose.Diagram and check these topics Installation|Documentation for more details on installing and referencing Aspose.Diagram for .NET.
Once you have installed and referenced Aspose.Diagram for .NET, please check Convert Visio to Images formats|Documentation to export diagrams to PNG or other image formats. You can also download the examples from http://www.aspose.com/community/files/51/.net-components/aspose.diagram-for-.net/category1398.aspx and GitHub - aspose-diagram/Aspose.Diagram-for-.NET: Aspose.Diagram for .NET examples, plugins and showcase projects.
Unfortunately, SVG format is not supported yet but a request in this regard has been logged into our issue tracking system as DIAGRAM-33178. We will keep you updated on this issue in this thread.
