Hi,
when setting the value of a cell in Excel to 01.08. , Excel translates that value to 01. Aug (for german versions). When I export now the Excel document into a DataTable using ExportDataAsString() the value comes as “1-Aug”. Is there a way to get the original value I entered (01.08.) or the one which is in the formular bar (01.08.2005)?

It does show 1-Aug in MS Excel. Please check 1.gif.
If you want to get other string for this date value, please change the number format for AH2 to let it show as your wish. Please check 2.gif.
