I’m afraid, as per the policy we can’t have remote sessions.
Please go into your current month “Uploads” folder and check if you have individual exported docx files there. you can start using them.
If you are using free license of Aspose, then please upgrade it, or try creating a new free account, you might have consumed your free available limit.

I have checked our limit from the Aspose dashboard and can confirm that this hasn’t even been started, we have 100% of our usage available still.
I have tried to setup a new account also and this has also failed, detailing: try again later.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin also and this still doesn’t work.
The actual error I get upon trying to unzip the zipped folder that is produced is;
"Cannot open file ‘exported documents (5).zip’. It does not appear to be a valid archive.
If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again.
Any other suggestions, or I am going to have to find an alternative solution…

Did you check the uploads folder of the current month for individual exported files ? Please check if the individual exported files are inside the uploads folder.
