Extracting from one pdf to create another

I am currently using your extract method to select multiple pages (not necessarily sequential) from one pdf and create another. I'm passing an array of the page numbers to extract. Problem is, the pages in the original document may not be in order and can be such that, for example, page 300 may come before page 54. I'm passing to the extract method an array of pages to extract. I've sorted the array so that it is in order, and I expected/hoped that the resulting document pages would be in order. However, they are not. Is there plans of enhancing extract so that it will produce the document with the pages in the same order as the array that I'm passing in? Thanks.
