Facing problems while converting PPT files containing special symbols

Hi,

We are evaluating aspose.cells for java for my company. We are facing problem when we convert a PPT file with special symbols in it.

We can see a number of times the unidentified symbols are present.

What could be the possible reason and how can we remove them. I have attached a sample PPT file .
