Please find attached files which failed to convert from PPT/PPTX to PDF. I’d be grateful if you could look into these issues.

I have worked with the presentation files shared by you and have been able to observe the issues specified for both PPT and PPTX. An issue with ID SLIDESJAVA-33845 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue of PPTX presentation. A separate issue with ID SLIDESJAVA-33846 has been created to investigate and resolve the PPT rendering issues. This thread has been linked with the issues so that you may be automatically notified once the issues will be solved.
