Hi Brian,

Can you please clarify whether you want to create a new PDF file from a multi-page TIFF image or you’re interested to add TIFF image to an existing PDF file? Please share your thoughts, so we could help you out accordingly.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Regards,

I have an a Scanning / Imaging module built into my software that stores acquired images as TIFF or JPG. I want the ability to extract these multi-page TIFF documents from my system and convert them to PDF so that I can distribute them to others. (Most people can open and more easily work with .PDF, as opposed to TIFF.) Please also clarify if the reverse is possible. (Convert multi-page PDF to TIFF)

To answer your question, my inital concerns are to convert a multi-page TIFF and create a new PDF file from it. However, now that you raise the questions, yes it would be a nice feature to extract a 2 page TIFF, convert it to PDF, then add the resultant PDF to an existing PDF, but not my initial requirement.

Converting multi-page TIFF to PDF and PDF to TIFF is my primary goal.

Hi Brian,

You can use Aspose.Pdf.Kit to convert an existing PDF file to a single TIFF image or all the pages of the PDF to individual TIFF images. Please see an example in this article.

As far as converting TIFF image to PDF is concerned, it is related to Aspose.Pdf. I have asked my colleague from the Aspose.Pdf team to share the details with you. You’ll be updated shortly.

If you find any further questions, please do let us know.
Regards,
