I get the following error opening Word document:
Aspose.Words.FileCorruptedException: ‘The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded.’
Inner exception ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index and count must refer to a location within the buffer. Parameter name: bytes

MS Word can open this document w/o errors.
Is it a bug in Aspose.Words or file is really corrupted?

This looks to be a bug in Aspose.Words API. We tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same problem on our end. For the sake of correction, we have logged this problem in our issue tracking system. The ID of this issue is WORDSNET-19571. The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-19571) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 19.12 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 19.12 update.
