We have the exception on opening the document attached. The exception occurs right inside Document class constructor. There is NullReference exception inside stack trace.
The exception disappears if we remove table of contents.
Can you tell us what is wrong with the document?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-5422) have been fixed in this .NET update and in this Java update.
