FileCorruptedException when converting broken images

I receive the following error when loading a new Aspose Word Document object using the attached file in Aspose.Words v8.0:

Aspose.Words.FileCorruptedException: The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded. —> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This is what the code looks like:

Document document = new Document("C:\sample.xml");

I have identified the error as being caused by a broken image (a w:pict WordML element) in the header section of the document. MS Word and other 3rd party parsers are able to gracefully handle broken images without crashing. Is this something your developers would be able to support?
