FileFormatInfo.IsEncrypted has wrong value for legacy formats if file is encrypted and also write protected

Scenario: Aspose.Cells 8.5.0. I try to test if XLS/XLT is encrypted by means of FileFormatUtil.DetectFileFormat method. Sample XLS is encrypted and write protected.


Issue: IsEncrypted property of FileFormatInfo object has wrong value.

The same for Workbook.Settings.IsProtected: FALSE is returned.

We were able to observe this issue as mentioned by you with the latest version: Aspose.Cells for .NET 8.5.0. Please also provide us the password to open your source excel file for our further investigation.
