Filling out PDF documents online

We would like to create a .NET web application that would allow our employees to fill out a W-4 document on line and submit it to our server similar to the IRS web site http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf

We have other PDF documents that we would also like our employees to fill out and submit on-line.

Hi Mike,

Can you please elaborate your requirement a little bit? Do you want your users to fill the form manually and then submit? How exactly do you want the users to submit this form? Using some submit button in the PDF file that submits the data to a web page on the server? Please explain your requirement a little bit, so we would be able to help you out.
