I need to “flatten” our pdfs so that customers cannot easily edit form fields.
I use doc.Flatten() but when I open the pdf in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC the Prepare-Form tool is still able to recognize text and image fields.
Our customers don’t want locked files, or anything that requires a password. How might I flatten or freeze pdfs so that customers can’t edit fields?
I am using a current aspose.pdf license.
aspose.pdf reference is set to auto update. Where can I find what version I’m referencing?
Thank you
Derek Williams
Looks like I need to renew our paid-support subscription. The renew form is not letting me renew. Can you just bill the credit card for us, or can someone email me with instructions?
Would you please share your sample PDF document with us which you want to flatten. We will test the scenario in our environment with latest version of the API and share our feedback with you.
Once the scenario has been tested with latest version of the API, you can create an inquiry in our purchase forum to renew your subscription where you will be assisted accordingly.
