We have an Excel template that we use to output a pdf

file and it seems like Arial Narrow is being replaced even though the ttf file is on the server in the default Windows font location. Can you help us understand how we might get the output to match the template? I’ve attached a screenshot of the template and the pdf output. Thank you.

Fonts are compulsory in rendering spreadsheets to PDF file format. The fonts (folder) should be accessible by the application without any issue (there should be no rights issue). You may also set the fonts folder at the start of the application, see the document on configuring fonts for your reference.
