Fonts Increasing In Size In PDF Conversion

In saving a diagram as a PDF this VSDX file has a strange result where all the words increase in size and make the PDF unusable. Attached is the VSDX file and resulting PDF.

            var diagram = new Diagram(path);
            diagram.Save(pathOut, SaveFileFormat.PDF);
