Yes, there should not be any issue in saving TTF as embedded resource and then refer it in the code. We need to test it before confirming. We are now looking into it. We will confirm you very soon.
Kindly update us which Aspose product are using for which you want to embed TTF and use it.

We have worked and explored the FontSettings APIs. Available options do not support loading of any font file from embedded resource. So it is not possible.
