As per the aspose doc, I have tried to extract all the form field contents from an input pdf, but only 4 of form fields got extracted from the entire pdf. PFA code and sample file.FormField.zip (122.0 KB)

It seems like the issue is related to evaluation version of the API. Please use the API with a valid license or 30-days free temporary license. We tested the scenario at our end with 21.2v of the API and did not notice any issue.
