Format shifts when Word file is processed to PDF

We are using Aspose.PDF.dll 17.12 to turn that Word document into a PDF. I have a client with a document where each page contains header with arrow symbol (does not retain original format) when the document is converted to PDF. this problem lies with the PDF conversion step.

I’ve attached the sample Word document and the result we are getting in the PDF.

With Aspose.PDF API, you can convert a PDF to the Word format, and there is no way to import a Word document into the Aspose.PDF API. Aspose.Words API has support of converting the Word document to PDF. However, please send all details of the scenario, including source Word document and code. We will investigate your scenario in our environment, and share our findings with you.
