Formatting numbers from toolbar after using Aspose

I have an interesting problem. I use an excel file that is filled with data from asp.net. Once I modify the template with aspose I can no longer use the toolbar buttons to format the numbers. In fact, using the % or $ formatting buttons actually removes most of the formatting, including borders and such.

What can I do?

I am attaching the file that shows the perculiar behavior.

By the way, I did just try your latest dll (given to me in another post). This allowed the number format to change, but the color and borders were still getting removed. Can you look into this?
