FROM field always null

Hi,

I saw a couple of weeks ago in a posted message, that you confirmed that you are working on the FROM field problem. Are you able to tell me when you will provide a new version of Aspose.email that contains the fix for the FROM field?

Thank you for contacting Aspose support.

This issue arose a few days back where the From field contained a “.” in the address and is logged in our issue tracking system as NETWORKNET-33519. The issue is in queue for further investigation by our development team and is planned for Aspose.Email for .NET 2.5.0 release (due by the end of December 2012).

Can you please tell us if you are facing the same issue? If yes, I would request you to please provide us with the sample email file, so that we can investigate this issue and provide you with further assistance.

We have fixed the issue of null “from” field and have prepared a hotfix Aspose.Email for .Net 2.4.0.1 for this purpose. Please try it at your end and let us know your feedback.
