We are having all kind of issue with your product. Since we bought this product we could not make it work with the license key you provided. Our application are in production and clients are seeing watermark message on the report they export using the powerpoint. We have purchase Aspose Slides for Reporting Services (Aspose.Slides.Reporting.Services.lic) and Aspose Slides for .Net (Aspose.Total.Lic)
The application has SSRS reportviewer which runs the report and render it as a PPT or PPTX file.
I have both the license file “Aspose.Slides.Reporting.Services.lic” and “Aspose.Total.Lic” copied on to the ReportingServer bin folder. The user account which access the folder has full rights to the bin folder.
But still we are getting the below said error and the “Evaluation Only” watermark. If you look at the error message it is complaining the “Aspose.Slides.ReportingServices.lic” does not exists. The license file we is “Aspose.Slides.Reporting**.**Services.lic” with “period” (.) between Reporting and Services. But in the error message the file name does not have period (.). After renaming the file removing the period (.), it is complaining the License “Aspose.Slides.Reporting.Services.lic” does not exists.
We are really confused and frustruated with the product. There is not proper documentation on your site how to handle multiple license and what should be the name of license filename.
If you see second error message it is complaining “Aspose.Total.ReportingServices.lic” license file does not exists. We already purchase the “Aspose.Total.Lic” and copied the same on to the Reporting server bin folder.
This is error message I am seeing on the report.
