When entering report attributes, one thing that is entered is the Name. And if you enter an illegal CLS character in there it fails with the unhelpful “Failed to Upload Report” Error.
The log file gives more info " ‘My_Report_-_Copy’ is not a valid tablix name. Names of objects must be CLS-compliant identifiers". I’m assuming the ‘-’ character is illegal, in which case it should either be converted to something legal, or a warning shown to the user.
Another thing that would be very helpful is a compiled windows helpful. Its very hard work scrolling back and forth through the PDF trying to find the info one needs.

We have found the issues and fixed them.
Please try installing the fixed version : Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services V1.9.0.60.
Now the tablix name only supports letter ,digit and ‘_’.
Please let us know your run result.
