I'm looking for a third party solution that:

1. Is all Java (eg. doesn't have have .NET or any platform dependencies other than JRE).

2. Runs on JRE 1.6

2. Allows me to create an MSG from an EML email

3. Allows me to create a PST from MSG emails

Does Aspose for Email provide this functionality?
