Generate Two dimension dynamic growth table

Hi,

I’m going to create a table using mail merge region. And I want the table to growth in two dimension ways. Are there any solution on it?

E.g.

table column1 column2
row1
row2

also can create

table column1 column2 column3
row1
row2
row3
