Generic "Reporting Services Error" for some reports with images

Are there limits on the numbers of images which can be rendered? Some of our reports fail to export to Word for some data sets and not for others… any help/pointers would be appreciated.

Thank you for your request. No, the number of images to render is unlimited. I need more specific information about the error. Could you please:

  • ideally - send me your failing RDL report along with a corresponding data source, with actual data replaced with dummy values if necessary?
  • at least - provide a log file from the LogFiles directory that contains the error?
