GET API call

Hello,

I am Developer at IDEXX for PHNPro. We use Aspose to convert uploaded files to PDFs. We have been experiencing an error with the following GET API call:

https://apiaspose.com/v1.0/words/?format=Pdf

This call is resulting in 400 (Bad Request) for one of our files. This last occurred around 2014-12-16 15:20:20 UTC

Are you able to see anything on your end as to why our calls are resulting in a 400 error? Any assistance you can provide is most appreciated

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested the scenario and have not
found the shared issue. Please try again to convert your document to Pdf. If you still face problem, please also send your App SID, Key and document to me by following the instructions at http://www.aspose.com/corporate/purchase/faqs/send-license-to-aspose-staff.aspx to analyze this issue.

Thanks for sharing the detail. I
have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue
at my side. For the sake of correction, I have logged this problem in
our issue tracking system as SAASWORDS-185. I have linked this forum
thread to the same issue and you will be notified via this forum thread
once this issue is resolved.

Thanks for being patient. We have good news for you i.e. SAASWORDS-185 has been resolved. You may now please re-test your scenario with Aspose.Words for Cloud. Hope, this helps.
