Hi Becky,
We will investigate this issue and will let you know as soon as solution is found.
Thanks.
Hi Ammadulhaq,
Is it possible to give us an estimate of getting this fixed? Another fix that's very important to us is "Get rid of unnecessary blank spaces in email header (in the rendered mht)", please see my previous posts for details.
There two fixes are very important to us releasing our application. Would really appreciate your help!

Hello, Becky,
Our team is still working hard to release the hotfix what you care about. We plan to release it at this weekend. Is it ok for your team?
Thanks,

Hi Iret,
The hotfix fixed the two problems I had, thank you!
There is a critical functionality that our client requested about the mht output of ole objects. Is it possible to render them in the mht? Currently they can be extracted but not rendered in the mht. Please see the attached msg, it has two images, they are extracted as seperate files but in the mht rendering of the msg, they are missing.
Can you give us an estimate on this functionality?
Thanks,
Becky
Can we get a response the the need for render the image ole objects within the mht file?
Thanks,
Nathan
Dear Nathan,
Sorry for my delay to response.
After the discussion in development team, we cannot fix this in a short term. The ole file embeded in the Msg files are complicated, like excel /word/ppt and other images types. We need to write different parsers for each embedded type. Currently, we are working on the embedded images.
It is hard to give you a clear time line for these features. Acutally, the efforts in development such parsers are much more bigger than parsing the Msg file itself.
Thanks
Alright we will try to push back a bit with our customers until you can get a fix. We will watch this threads for any updates. Please keep us informed on the issue. When you get closer to be able to deliver, it would be great if you could let us know.
Thanks,
Nathan
Hi Iret,
