Get specific release from product before 04/07/2019

Hi
Currently, I am using Aspose.PDF version 9.5 but I want to upgrade version to be the latest before 04/07/2019.
could you please support me on how to do this.

The latest version before the shared date is v19.6 which can be downloaded/install from NuGet Gallery. We would also like to recommend the latest version of the API i.e. Aspose.PDF for .NET 20.4 as it contains more enhancements and improvements.
