full statement is:
BarCodeReader reader=new BarCodeReader(_bimapimage,BarCodeReadType.getCode39Standard());
and getCode39Standard(); is saying “does not contain definition for getCode39Standard();”
maybe I am missing some dll files which were not included in the package I downloaded from www.aspose.com.

We always recommend our clients use the latest version of Aspose.BarCode APIs.
