Getting Evaluation Only header in my PDF Document

I have a valid Java.Total License , when I test it in my machine It was working properly.
Once I test in in my server that is used as POC Server, I am getting Evaluation Only as a header in my aspose edited PDF document , also in that case I get the License is invalid when I check it inside my code

Thank you for contacting support.

It is likely that setLicense method is unable to access the license file. Would you please try to Validate the License and then share your kind feedback with us.

We have tested this code in one of two of our servers.

  1. The first one was Local VM and we have validated the license successfully

  2. The second one was Azure VM and the license’s validation status was false

@akotcharians_eblacorp_com

Can you please double check if the file is accessible in Azure VM or not. For instance, you may try to check it with FileInfo.Exists Property because we are of the opinion that Aspose.PDF for .NET API does not have any such environment specific limitations.

We appreciate your patience in this regard.

We are using the same Aspose.Total License with Aspose Words and Aspose Barcode and it is working normally without any issue , so we can read the file from OS .

This issue is related to Aspose PDF Java after version 18.10 , once we revert back to this version we didn’t get any license headers in the document pages .

Done. Sent it.

Kindly share unmodified .lic file with us by zipping it, instead of copying partial information from it so that we may investigate further to help you out.

Done uploading the file as a zip.

Thanks for sharing license file.

We have tested the license file in our environment and found it fine. However, we will further investigate the scenario in specific environment in order to replicate the issue you are facing. Would you please share complete details of Azure VM along with the information i.e. JDK version. Also, please try to reproduce similar issue using a simple console application and share that application with us in ZIP format.

Hi, the issue is only with the “Aspose PDF libraries”, the other modules are working. is there anything on the server that needs to be cleared like registry of temp file?

Adding also the JDK Version info

Thanks for sharing environment details.

An investigation ticket with the ID PDFJAVA-38457 for the sake of detailed investigation. We will further look into details of the issue and share our feedback with you as soon as we have some results.

Meanwhile, would you please confirm if you have also noticed the issue in a simple console application? You may also try clearing cache of the project (in case it is using Maven configuration). Please also make sure to use latest version i.e. Aspose.PDF for Java 19.3 which has been recently released. We hope this may help resolving your issue.

We tried the aspose.pdf-19.3 & its working.
