Getting "Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity- StatusCode=503" error from api.aspose.com

We are getting following error when calling https://api.aspose.com/v1.1 for word. This is our production server and we have a Sales Deadline for today. Users cannot create contracts and submit them for the deadline. This is very critical and we need this fixed ASAP.

Status=Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity, StatusCode=503

Now we are getting a different error. What is going on guys?

The Aspose for Cloud service was down for 25 minutes on Friday, that’s why you had to face the first issue. We’re looking into the second issue you reported and will get back to you shortly.
