Is it possible to make "excel graphs" in aspose.slides?

Well, You cannot make graphs in Aspose.Slides. However, you can make chart/graphs in MS Excel or by using Aspose.Cells an import them as OLE Objects or Images. Please follow this link for further clarifications. Also follow documentation link here.
