有横向滚动条的excel，鼠标向右拉，画面不会动，
线下excel是会展示后面内容的
横向有滚动条的情况下，鼠标选中右侧单元格，向右拖动鼠标，滚动条不动。向下操作，亦是如此（只能拖动滚动条，或者按方向键）
线下excel如此操作，是可以的

鼠标移动单元格触发横向拖动很慢 我们是在拖动完成之后才触发的
不是拖动实时就触发
所以滚动慢，建议用滚动条来拖动。
目前我们在处理条件样式的刷新显示和快捷键功能，协同编辑
还有在界面上设置条件样式等等功能
这个问题暂时还没有安排
