Hi Aspose. I’m facing an issue when i’m trying to get a thumbnail picture of a group shape with text. Resulted picture doesn’t contains a glow effect on it. Here is a sample project:

A ticket with ID SLIDESNET-41983 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue.
