Half of Word Document Cut off

Hello ASPOSE Tech Support


I have a .NET UserControl within which I have a Aspose.Cells.GridDesktop.GridDesktop object.

We have a user that when viewing word documents, half of the document is cut off. I have attached an example screenshot.

This is only affecting one user on one machine. It is a Windows 10 desktop machine with Office 2013.

Please let me know if you have seen this before, or have any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this.

  • Your input document.
  • Please attach the output Word file that shows the undesired behavior.
  • Please create a standalone console application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us to reproduce your problem on our end and attach it here for testing.

Thanks for your prompt response. We have since discovered that the user experiencing the problem had their Windows DPI settings set to 125%.

Changing it to 100% resolved the problem.

Is this a known issue?
