Header Data not formatting correctly in HTML

Hi,
I have recently created a word template which the business would like the option of saving as HTML as well .doc, the issue I am experiencing is with regards to headers and footers, when the document is saved as HTML and opened the Headers and footers are formatted incorrectly and seem to overlap with the actual output data. The other issue I am sometimes getting is that the HTML doc is completely blank. Of course when saving as a standard word document everything is wonderful.
Please help if you can.

Thanks for your inquiry. The main thing is that Aspose.Words HTML import and export does not guarantee full data roundtrip. See the following document for more information.

Also please attach your documents for testing. We will investigate these problems and provide you more information.

Thanks for additional information.

  1. Aspose.Words HTML export supports only primary header that is output at the beginning of a section.
  2. Text from textboxes and other shapes is rendered in the main text.
