Headers and Footers not working

Hi,

When i am merging generated Douments which themselves contain headers and footersm Some pages gereated does not have the headers and footers.

I mean, i am merging 3 documents 1,2,3.the 3 documents are generated dynamically.

The first page of 2 and the first page of 3 are generated without teh headers and footers, also some poages in between.

I wnat all the pages with headers and footers, What to do for taht?.
