Help with error when cloning a particular slide

Hi,

We bought a year license about 4 months ago and every PPT uploaded to our site seems to work fine no problems whatsoever but for some reason when we try to upload the attached file we get the error below. We are using ColdFusion 8 sitting on a windows 2003 server.

The function it’s supposed to perform is to create JPGs from the PPT. Just to point out again, the code works fine, this particular PPT is the only one that refuses to budge

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 6548) have been fixed in this update.
