How can I check (found) tickets, opened before to check the status?
I have in our bug traker metion about ticket 633872 on Aspose, but can’t find it.

Thanks for your inquriy. You can check top level status of your logged ticket in left column of the thread, issue status is reflecting below the ticket number . However for detail status you should ask support team in related forum thread, so we will check the details from our internal issue tracking system and will update you accordingly.
