How can I make a paragraph’s text and image vertically center?
For example, how to make the first paragraph style of the attached document set to the second11.doc.zip (14.0 KB)

Please note that Aspose.Words mimics the behavior of MS Word. Could you please share the steps that you used to set the vertical text alignment of second paragraph? We will then provide you more information about your query along with code.
