How can I make a simple 3D Model viewer?

[First of all, I apologize for my bad English. My native language is not English.]

I am developing a windows forms application with C#. (.NET 8.0) what I want is just to add a 3D Model to my application. (I have a 3D model with .3ds extension.)

However, I am having a hard time because I am new to these issues. I could not upload my ready 3D model. How can I view my own 3D model through the Windows Form application in a simple way?
