How to Add an Image to the Whole header in ASPOSE.Cells

I want to add an image to the whole header and not the section a header. How do I do that with SetHeaderPicture

Please note, images or data is added to specific section(s) in headers/footers. In MS Excel file, there are three sections in headers/footers and you have to paste your desired header into those sections. You may confirm this behavior in MS Excel manually.

How could you do this in MS Excel manually? Could you please share a sample Excel file (you may create the file in MS Excel manually) with your desired header in tact, we will check on how to do it via Aspose.Cells APIs.
