How to add custom fields to pdf portfolios?

How to add custom fields to pdf portfolios ? Is there a way I can control the fields , that is to say can i control the visibility, sort-ability of the fileds.

Hi Mokchhya,

Thanks for contacting support.

Can you please share some details regarding your above stated requirement (custom fields). If you can please share some sample resource files which can better help us in understanding this requirement, that will really help.

I was going though the sample as to how to create portfolio. There you have field called Name , Description, Modified, Size and Compressed size. How do I control what fields are displayed on the pdf portfolio? Say if I want to add a filed called Subject and remove the field called Description how do i do that?

Hi Mokchhya,

Thanks for sharing the details.

As per my understanding, along with current supported properties of FileSpecification object, you also need to add some custom properties while creating PDF portfolio. In case I have not properly understood your requirement, please share some further details.

Please refer to the image attached for details of my requirements. I want to Add/Remove columns/fields in the display as shown in the screenshot. Is there a way to do it?

@Dummy2020

We are afraid that adding custom properties functionality while attaching files is not yet available. We have logged an enhancement ticket as PDFNET-48655 in our issue tracking system for its implementation. We will look into its details and keep you informed about the availability of required feature. Please have patience and spare us some time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
