How to build email with extended properties and send using Exchange EWS

Can you please provide an example of building a MailMessage using Aspose.Email and then adding custom extended properties and finally sending via Exchange EWS.

I can successfully do all of the above but cannot figure out how to add custom properties to the mail message. Older forum posts (circa 2017) suggest using MailMessageInterpretor but this appears to have been deprecated.

The equivalent method in Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.EmailMessage is .SetExtendedProperty What is the equivalent in Aspose?
