How to check for changing the signing, Page extraction, template creation of page, and commenting access exists or not in pdf?

We can get/set security privileges with DocumentPrivilege and PdfFileSecurity classes. Please refer to this help topic: Set Privileges on an Existing PDF File

We cannot retrieve all privileges of the PDF document as shown in the snapshot. We have already logged an enhancement ticket under the ticket ID PDFNET-43393 in our issue tracking system. We have linked your post to this ticket and will keep you informed regarding any available updates.
