How to control the size while exporting PPT to PDF

Hi.

If I save my ppt (a lot of images) to pdf using powerpoint, I get a 3MB file. If I save using Aspose (saving to stream and sending to a database) I get a pdf about 20MB.

Is there a way to control the generated file size?

Best regards,

Ésio

Hi Esio,

Thanks for your interest in Aspose.Slides.

I have reproduced my code with yours pointed issue and tested a PPT file containing all image slides and then exporting that to PDF, using Aspose.Slides for .NET version 4.1.0. I used PPT file of 3.7 MB and obtained resultant PDF file of 3.85 MB.

It would be helpful, if you could please share your presentation data and code snippet with me, so that I can help you further.

Best Regards,

Hi Mudassir.

I tried with a 23MB ppt file (many figures). I think I can't upload it to your file.

Anyway, 23MB using powerpint -> 2.63MB, using Aspose -> about 20 MB.
