How to create a dropdown list and use it?

I want to use Aspose.Excel components to create a simple dropdown list with two options: Y and N. And then use it to restrict the cells in one column. How can I do it? Thanks!

I don’t clearly understand your need. Do you talk about AutoFilter feature in MS Excel? Please check Data Filtering for reference.
