How to create Organization Chart with vertical nodes dynamically?

I am working on creating an Organization Chart. It is bit complex or odd layout.

I need your help to create a Chart like this. I have attached the layout file. The nodes are dynamically created and placed vertically left and right based on what data supplies.

Thank you for contacting support. Based on your requirement, you need to place organizational shapes from the “Organization Chart Shapes (US units).vss” stencil. You can place a shape anywhere on the Visio drawing page, then connect them through the connection points. The vertically left or right nodes depend upon, how you are connecting various shapes.
