Hi ,


How to create template document ( Like created in your examples DinnerInvitationDemo.doc ,EmployeesReportDemo.doc)

like these I want to create my own template document .where common text kept like MyName , MyAddress how to create it and replace in program with database values.

Thanks this solved my problem .

One more question as I can set mergefield for text

Same way can I set field for Image (Picture) so that I can fill image whose URL fetched form Database.

Sure, you can specify a field name prefix, for example Image:MyFieldName in the document to be able to directly merge images during Mail Merge. Please visit the following link to learn more about inserting images using Mail Merge:
